Our instruments allow you to carry out your daily purifications, analyses and research. In order to offer you complete product and service solutions, an internal after-sales service has been created to make your daily life easier and to guarantee an even better durability of our products.

Established in June 2020, the After Sales Service is responsible for the maintenance of all our instruments: PuriFlash, Mass Spec, ICP/MS but also TriVersa. Its action, carried and supported by the commercial grouping of Advion & Interchim under the name “Advion Interchim Scientific”, has enabled it to evolve rapidly and to meet the needs of our customers.

This department is made up of 16 people spread all over the world and is supported by a network of distributors who are experts in our products. Together, they meet your needs:

  • Installation of our Advion Interchim Scientific systems directly at our customers’ sites. With a warranty of one year or more, the service department is at your disposal to ensure that your equipment is operational and to answer your technical questions.
  • Training of customers in partnership with our sales representatives for an easier handling of our systems.
  • If the option of a maintenance contract has been chosen, the team will ensure preventive but also curative maintenance to guarantee a better durability of our products.
