« Advion Interchim Scientific– Analytica 2022»

Article 1 : ORGANISATION du Jeu

La société : Interchim SAS -située au 211 bis avenue JF Kennedy 03100 montlucon – France RCS: Montlucon B 917 050 171.
Ci-après dénommée «l’organisateur»
Organise un jeu intitulé « Advion Interchim Scientific– Analytica 2022 » dans le cadre du lancement de son nouveau catalogue édition 2022-2025.
Ci-après dénommé « le Jeu».

Article 2 : Objet du jeu
Le Jeu qui est gratuit et sans obligation d’achat consiste à dûment remplir un bulletin de participation numérique via un formulaire accessible à cette adresse internet https://www.flash-chromatography.com/contest/
Dans le cadre du jeu, un tirage au sort désignera les trois gagnants parmi les participants, ceux-ci seront annoncés le mercredi 1^er juin 2022 à13H30 (heure de Paris – France)
Ci après « les participants »
La participation au Jeu implique l’acceptation sans réserve des participants du présent règlement dans son intégralité,
Ci-après « le Règlement ».

Article 3 : Date et durée

Le Jeu se déroule du 19 mai 2022 00H01 au 31 mai 2022 23H59.
L’organisateur se réserve la possibilité de prolonger la période de participation et de reporter toute date annoncée.

Article 4 : Conditions de participation & validité de la participation
4-1 Conditions de participation
Le Jeu est ouvert à toutes les personnes majeures sans restriction de nationalité.

Ne sont pas autorisés à participer au Jeu, toute personne ayant collaboré à l’organisation du Jeu ainsi que les membres de leurs familles directes respectives, les salariés de l’organisateur ou sous-traitants de l’organisateur, les distributeurs ou partenaires de la sociétés, et de ses sociétés affiliées etc.

4-2 Validité de la participation

Toutes informations d’identité, d’adresses ou de qualité qui se révèleraient inexactes entraînent la nullité de la participation
L’organisateur se réserve le droit d’éliminer du tirage au sort tout bulletin de participation qui ne respecterait pas le règlement, notamment tout bulletin incomplet ou illisible.

Article 5 : Désignation des gagnants

Tout bulletin contenant une fausse déclaration ou une déclaration erronée et/ou incomplète et/ou ne respectant pas le présent règlement, tiré au sort sera considérée comme nulle et entraînera la désignation d’un autre participant par un nouveau tirage au sort.

Le tirage au sort aura lieu le 1^er juin 2022 à 9H dans les locaux de la société Interchim SAS.

Article 6 : Désignation des Lots

Les lots sont au nombre de trois vouchers permettant l’entrée d’une journée au salon Analytica 2022 à Munich en Allemagne ou lot de valeur égale ou supérieure qui sera acheminé par voie éléctronique et de façon dématerialisée à l’adresse email communiquée par le vainqueur.

Un participant ne peut gagner qu’un seul lot.

Article 7 : Information ou Publication du nom des gagnants

Le nom du gagnant sera proclamé à l’occasion du tirage au sort, et seul celui-ci recevra une notification par courriel électronique.

Les autres participants peuvent être contactés à l’issu du concours dans un délai d’un mois pour communiquer les résultats du concours.

Article 8 : Remise ou retrait des Lots
Le gagnant pourra entrer en possession de son lot soit par voie éléctronique, le lot lui sera envoyé par courriel à l’adresse professionnelle qu’il aura préalablement communiqué.

Si l’adresse électronique est incorrecte ou ne correspond pas à celle du gagnant, ou si pour tout autres raisons liées à des problèmes techniques ne permettant pas d’acheminer correctement le courriel d’information, l’organisateur ne saurait en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable. De même, il n’appartient pas à l’organisateur de faire des recherches de coordonnées de gagnants ne pouvant être joints en raison d’une adresse électronique invalide ou illisible, ou d’une adresse postale erronée.

Les gagnants injoignables ne pourront prétendre à aucun lot, dédommagement ou indemnité de quelque nature que ce soit.
Les lots attribués sont personnels et non transmissibles. En outre, les lots ne peuvent en aucun cas faire l’objet d’une quelconque contestation de la part des gagnants, ni d’un échange ou de toute autre contrepartie de quelque nature que ce soit.

Article 9 : Opérations promotionnelles

Du fait de l’acceptation de leurs lots, les gagnants autorisent l’organisateur à utiliser leurs noms, marques, dénominations sociales et ce à des fins promotionnelles sur tout support de son choix, sans que cette reproduction n’ouvre droit à une quelconque rémunération ou indemnisation autre que le prix gagné.

Article 10 : Données nominatives

Les données nominatives recueillies dans le cadre de la participation au jeu sont enregistrées et utilisées par l’organisateur pour les nécessités de leur participation et à l’attribution de leurs gains.

Conformément à la « loi informatique et libertés » du 6 janvier 1978, les Participants bénéficient d’un droit d’accès, de rectification ou de radiation des informations les concernant. Toute demande devra être adressée par courrier à l’adresse de l’organisateur interchim@advion-interchim.com ou Interchim SAS, 211 bis avenue JF Kennedy, 03100 Montlucon, France

Article 11 : Responsabilité

Le Participant reconnaît et accepte que la seule obligation de l’organisateur au titre du Jeu est de soumettre au tirage au sort les bulletins de participation recueillis, sous réserve que sa participation soit conforme aux termes et conditions du Règlement, et remettre les lots aux gagnants, selon les critères et modalités définis dans le présent Règlement.

L’organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable, sans que cette liste soit limitative de toute défaillance technique, matérielle ou logicielle de quelque nature que ce soit, les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau et l’absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels.
La participation au Jeu implique la connaissance et l’acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites d’Internet tant en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les temps de réponse pour consulter, que pour interroger ou transférer des informations.

Article 12 : Cas de force majeure / réserves

La responsabilité de l’organisateur ne saurait être encourue si, pour un cas de force majeure ou indépendant de sa volonté, le jeu devait être modifié, écourté ou annulé.
L’organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification qu’il jugera utile, relative au respect du règlement, notamment pour écarter tout participant ayant effectué une déclaration inexacte ou mensongère ou fraudée.

Article 13 : Litiges

Le Règlement est régi par la loi française. Toute difficulté d’application ou d’interprétation du Règlement sera tranchée exclusivement par l’organisateur.
Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande ou réclamation téléphonique concernant l’application ou l’interprétation du présent règlement. Toute contestation ou réclamation relative au Jeu et au tirage au sort devra être formulée par écrit à l’adresse suivante : à mentionner
Aucune contestation ne sera prise en compte huit jours après la clôture du Jeu.

Article 14 : Consultation du règlement

Un exemplaire du présent règlement est disponible et consultable pendant toute la durée du Jeu sur les sites web de la société interchim SAS.

“Advion Interchim Scientific – Analytica 2022

 

 

Article 1 : ORGANIZATION of the game

Article 4: Conditions of participation & validity of the participation

The Game is open to all adults (more than 18 years old) without restriction of nationality.

 

Any person who has collaborated in the organization of the Game as well as members of their respective direct families, employees of the organizer or subcontractors of the organizer, distributors or partners of the company and its affiliates, etc. are not authorized to participate in the Game.

 

4-2 Validity of participation

Any inaccurate information regarding identity, address or capacity will result in the invalidity of the participation.

The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw any entry form that does not comply with the rules, including any incomplete or illegible form.

 

Article 5: Designation of winners

Any ballot containing a false declaration or an erroneous and/or incomplete declaration and/or not respecting the present rules, drawn will be considered as void and will lead to the designation of another participant by a new draw.

The draw will take place on June 1, 2022 at 9:00 am french time zone in the offices of Interchim SAS.

 

Article 6 : Designation of the prizes

The prizes are three vouchers for a day’s admission to the Analytica 2022 trade show in Munich Germany or a prize of equal or greater value that will be sent electronically and dematerialized to the email address provided by the winner.

A participant can only win one prize.

 

Article 7: Information or publication of the winners’ names

The name of the winner will be announced at the time of the draw, and only the winner will be notified by e-mail.

The other participants may be contacted at the end of the contest within one month to communicate the results of the contest.

 

Article 8: Delivery or withdrawal of the prizes

The winner will be able to take possession of the prize electronically, the prize will be sent by e-mail to the professional address that he/she will have previously communicated.

If the e-mail address is incorrect or does not correspond to the winner’s address, or if for any other reason related to technical problems that do not allow for the correct routing of the information e-mail, the organizer will not be held responsible in any way. The organizer shall not be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind whatsoever, the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, both in terms of technical performance and response times for consulting, questioning or transferring information.

 

Article 12: Force majeure / reservations

The responsibility of the organizer could not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or independent of his will, the game had to be modified, shortened or cancelled.

The organizer reserves the right to proceed with any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the rules, including to remove any participant who has made an inaccurate or misleading statement or fraud.

 

Article 13: Litiges

The Rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be decided exclusively by the organizer.

No telephone request or claim concerning the application or interpretation of these rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and the draw must be made in writing to the following address

No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the end of the Contest.
